We have a slogan for our food in our family - the messier the better. Every good barbecued meat is made complete with the perfect sauce to dip, slather, & dunk. While every region of the USA claims their own perfect recipe, we think this sauce mixed up in the Northeastern corner of SC known as the “Pee Dee” combines the best of them all & could rival Memphis, Kansas City & Texas.
